Happy Saturday guys!! So the year is finally going to end this is the last Saturday! Can you believe it? Where did the year go? Certainly reading made the year fly faster than ever 😀 Don’t you think so? I moved to Bengaluru in December and last weekend I visited a famous bookstore here and I was amazed to see the collection there. I don’t prefer to buy old books but there, seeing the price and the collection I was amazed. Though I decided that I won’t buy any new book before the new year, I ended up buying two books (not my fault okay?) 😀 So let’ see what books I managed to get by the year end.
Month: December 2017
What comes to your mind when you first read the name “Jane Austen”? Probably Pride & Prejudice? or any other novel written by her? Jane Austen doesn’t need any introduction (at least to the bookworms I guess?). Austenistan is an anthology containing 7 different stories inspired by Jane Austen’s work and are set in modern Pakistan. Sounds fun, eh?
Happy Tuesday guys! How was your Christmas (if you celebrate)? Last week I posted books that I would love to get from Santa, but unfortunately, I didn’t get any 🙁 We don’t celebrate Christmas here so it is kind of understood and I don’t have bookish friends either 😛 So let’s go through today’s topic of TTT: Top ten books I’m looking forward to in 2018! Though I am quite active on Instagram still I miss new releases 😛 So this topic was quite difficult for me to compose. But here I am, putting together this list from my recent hopping!
There are two kinds of interesting books. One that you totally enjoy based on the plot and characters. The other is one that you don’t only enjoy but also consider as your true self and it convinces you that it is your story. This book falls into the latter category.
Happy Saturday guys!! Can you believe that it’s been more than a month since I did my last Stacking the Shelves post? You may ask why but probably you know the reason (if you follow my blog continuously). If not then, well, I was in the middle of packing and moving to a new city and new job. probably let’s save that talk for my monthly wrap-up post 😀
Happy Tuesday guys! It’s been ages since I last posted? Yeah the life is going little tough right now with the new job in new city and whole home arrangement. I know, I should have scheduled posts in advance but really I don’t have any excuse for this 🙁 But alas, finally my WiFi is up and running so I am able to write this post and luckily it’s the Top Ten Tuesday 😀
2017 is about to end in just one month! Can you believe this? Where did the time go? Anyways, in terms of reading, 2017 has been a really great month for me. I was actually able to complete my Goodreads goal which I never thought I would, at the start of the year. But see, here I am, all dancing 😀
Hola guys! How all of you been? It’s been like ages since I last posted here, more than 2 weeks! Did you miss me? At all? (Well I am not expecting Yes as an answer from many people 😛 ) But I missed you guys, really! I missed interacting with you all, I missed reading and commenting on your posts and especially reading.
