How to Write an About Page That Really Matters!

Write an about page that really matters

I want to start this topic by saying that “I don’t think I am an actual qualified person to write about this topic”. Also, you would probably get a number of guides which have already talked about this subject. So, you will ask: Then WHY? The answer is simple. I want to share my personal experience about that particular page which you might be ignoring to date! Your About page is the first and main page that any new visitor will visit on the first arrival. Hence it would have the most number of visits. And you certainly don’t want to leave a bad first impression, isn’t it?

Ten Books I Meant To Read In 2017 But Didn’t Get To

Today’s Top Ten Tuesday topic is Ten Books I Meant To Read In 2017 But Didn’t Get To and this is the topic for which I have N number of books to list down. Like seriously! Probably you know that how lazy I am and the books keep piling on my uncontrollable-never-ending TBR stack ๐Ÿ˜€ Probably I ended up buying and requesting more books than I should have been. But yet, here I am.. no regrets ๐Ÿ˜€

DUMPLIN’ by Julie Murphy | Adorkable with a quirky romance!

Book review: Dumplin' by Julie Murphy

Presenting my first ever buddy read with none other than Evelina @ AvalinahsBooks. She has done this kind of review a few times already and you can check them on her blog. This is my first time doing a buddy read and I am so glad that we both enjoyed this book equally. This review will be an interview-style post where each one of us will answer 7 questions that we asked each other after finishing the book.

Stacking the Shelves #14 | First book haul of 2018!

Stacking the Shelves

Happy Saturday guys!! So the first Saturday of 2018. How are you guys feeling? How were these few days of 2018 been so far? Mine is quite similar to the days of 2017 ๐Ÿ˜› Just office work and all. One of my goal of 2018 is to purchase fewer books and I guess this week successfully passed ๐Ÿ˜› (Let’s see for how many weeks I can continue this!) But yes, I did get some review copies and a few of my NetGalley requests got accepted. So I guess my TBR is still going to increase anyway ๐Ÿ˜€ So let’s see what I gathered in the first week of 2018.

State of the ARC | January 2018

State of the ARC - January 2017

Welcome to my second installment of State of the ARC meme. I skipped the last month’s edition (Evelina, don’t look at me * hiding *) because of the obvious reasons, but this month I am back ๐Ÿ˜€ Also, I want to make this clear to my readers here – Evelina posts her State of the ARC at the end of each month, while I try to post it next month. So literally it means for me “the status of my ARC pile in the current month”. Essentially both our posts contain the same thing (the ARC wrap-up in last month), but the posting time is different.

Ten New-To-Me Authors I Read In 2017

Happy Tuesday guys! So first Tuesday of the year? How does it feel? Certainly felt like a fresh start for me ๐Ÿ˜€ 2017 was a great year for me in terms of reading. I never read so many books in a single year before. It certainly made me confident. Apart from the great books, there were some great authors that I discovered and would certainly like to read more from them.
