Stacking The Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga Reviews. It’s all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course Ebooks!

Happy Saturday guys!! It’s time again to show you the newly added books to my TBR. This time actually, I am little sad as February was not good for me in terms of reading and yet I am collecting all these books. I don’t know when that day will come when I will finally catch with all my pending ARCs and review copies 😛 Yet, I can’t stop myself from requesting the new books, but I have managed to restrict myself from buying more books so I guess that’s actually good, yeah? 😀
I exactly feel NetGalley screaming this to me every time I log in there 😛
Before further ado, let’s see what I collected in past two weeks.
** All covers are linked to Goodreads so you can check their synopsis.
The Hawkman is a historical fiction while Letters to Iris is mainly a fiction/romance. The cover of both the books are certainly attractive, aren’t they? 🙂
Okay, so before you judge me, I certainly didn’t know before downloading this, that there is some kind of controversy related to it! From the blurb, the book sounds good so I downloaded it. Later when I checked Goodreads, then I found out that people have decreased their ratings because of some controversy. Now I am not sure if that was because the story is not good or the legal threat that author gave to one of the reviewers? Do you have any idea?
So, guys, this is my first physical review copy that is “international” 😀 It came all the way from Connecticut, US and has been sent from the author herself 🙂 It is a poetry collection and from the Amazon reviews, it looks good.
It seems like I was lucky to win some international giveaways 😀 I won Girl Against the Universe on our lovely Marie @ Drizzle & Hurricane Books blog. She wrote a fantastic review about this and I am sure I would love it too since our reading tastes are kind of similar? 😛 I won Starfish on Instagram in an international giveaway by the author. I can’t believe I won that and guys it’s hardcover! Just look at the cover 🙂 How beautiful it is! And it is a YA contemporary with mental health representation – what else do I need?
So that’s it for me guys for this week.
Is there any book in this list that you have read?
Is any of these books on your TBR? What have you added to your TBR in the last week of this year?
Leave me a link to your Stack, and I’ll check it out 🙂 I’ll be back soon with another Stacking the Shelves post.
